Meet Gregory Love
Co-Founder & Director
Gregory S. Love, managing partner of the Fort Worth, Texas law firm of Love & Norris,
is the Co-Founder of Protecting Vulnerable Adults, Abuse Prevention Systems and MinistrySafe. His clients include camps, universities, private schools, non-profits, and public and private charities.
An expert in legal standards of care related to sexual abuse, he has consulted with organizations such as the U.S. Olympic Committee, U.S. Center for Safe Sport,
The Goddard School and Shepherds College. Love provides instruction and continuing education training to legal and risk management professionals. In addition to providing legislative analysis, Love leads a multi-disciplinary team evaluating internal controls and Standard of Care issues related to sexual abuse and misconduct. Love serves on the faculty of Transforming the Trend, a collection of thought leaders dedicated to sexual abuse prevention.
With his law partner Kimberlee D. Norris, he writes for numerous publications addressing sexual abuse risk, impact, prevention and legislation.
Meet Kimberlee Norris
Co-Founder & Director
Kimberlee D. Norris is a sexual abuse attorney representing victims of abuse, serving as a consulting expert, and providing crisis management and allegation response counsel to organizations of all sizes. An acknowledged authority in legal Standards of Care related to sexual abuse risk, Norris has trained over three million staff members and volunteers since 2005. With her law partner, Gregory Love, she serves as
Co-Founder and Director of Protecting Vulnerable Adults, MinistrySafe and
Abuse Prevention Systems.
Norris is a nationally recognized screening expert, providing resources and guidance related to identification of high-risk indicators in programs serving vulnerable populations, including Skillful Screening Training for Vulnerable Adult Programs.
Norris frequently addresses national and regional audiences for organizations such as the Muscular Dystrophy Association, American Camp Association (ACA), private schools and camps nationwide. Representative consultation clients include the United States Olympic Committee, U. S. Center for SafeSport, Gladney Center for Adoption, Bright Horizons and Awana International.
Meet David Chase
Director of Operations
David Chase is the Director of Operations at Protecting Vulnerable Adults, where he leads the organization’s day-to-day operations with a focus on operational efficiency and strategic growth. Before joining Protecting Vulnerable Adults, David utilized his skillset at BetterMan, a Dallas-based nonprofit, leveraging technology focused on virtuous manhood. He also served as Executive Pastor at Lake Church in Arlington.
David's diverse professional background spans over a decade in the energy and agriculture sectors with a Dallas-based conglomerate and eight years in K-12 education and educational technology. In addition to his industry roles, he has dedicated the last eight years to academia, serving as adjunct faculty in the Colleges of Business at Dallas Baptist University, his alma mater, where he has taught courses on Organizational Behavior and Management.
David holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration degree. He and his wife have been married for over 20 years and are proud parents of two children—one currently in high school and the other attending college.
