This Training provides a Risk Management Framework for program administrators, drawing upon decades of legal experience and expertise related to sexual abuse risk.  Because there is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ disability, there is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ program serving those with disabilities.  As a result, the Risk Management Framework breaks down sexual abuse risk into components based upon the relationship to the Vulnerable Adult, providing analysis of each relationship as an ‘avenue of risk.’  Risk Management Training is designed to equip program administrators with a better understanding of various avenues of risk, as well as Safety System elements necessary to address each risk.
